Our Head Chef, Anthoney Mayes is a native of St Louis. Chef Mayes is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has spent time working with Harrah’s, The Phoenician Resort, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. While at CTCA, he trained under Chef Frank Caputto. Chef Mayes has been cooking since he was 15 and is supported by his wife Shauna and four children.
We have partnered closely with Mike Harris of Urban Farmhouse Creations to spotlight his woodworking abilities. Urban Farmhouse Creations is located in San Tan Valley, and they are as committed to helping in the community as we are. At our upcoming Ribbon Cutting on October 23rd, we will have tickets available for a raffle in which Mike will create a custom table for the winner, to an $800 value. Mike’s furniture is featured prominently in our restaurant, our beverage service, and our interior signage.
